I have a very particular memory connected to this song, though (aside from the fact that I graduated HS in the late 80s when the Cure were the Thing!). A couple of years ago, my sister and I went to a U2 show. As we stood and waited for the show to start, the auditorium was playing all sorts of songs, and this song came on...and we both just belted it out! At one point, I noticed a Press photographer taking our picture from across the floor...:)

Thanks for reminding me of that moment.
