Each and every item is personally made at my home studio with great care and attention to detail.
Pixie Blossoms headpieces are handcrafted in a smoke-free environment.
While every attempt to represent colors accurately has been made, individual color perception may differ according to monitor settings and/or light conditions when viewing.
Pixie Blossoms items are ready to ship (RTS) and sometimes are made to order. Any ready to ship (RTS) item ordered with "made to order" items will be shipped at the same time as the "made to order" item. If you would like your ready to ship (RTS) order shipped faster, please purchase the items separately.
Children must NEVER be left unattended wearing Pixie Blossoms products as they often contain small parts and may be a potential choking hazard.
Please remove hair accessories while children are sleeping, in car seats or in any other situation where they are not supervised.
My products are securely made with care and attention but please do not allow children to suck or chew clip or headbands as this will weaken the glue and may cause the product to come apart.
Please note that by purchasing Pixie Blossoms products for children under 36 months you do so for use at your own risk and are accepting full responsibility for their safe use.
Pixie Blossoms cannot be held liable for any accidents/injury caused by misuse or the unsupervised wearing of my product.
Returns and Exchanges
If for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase or an error has been made please contact me within 48 hours of receipt of your order so we can work on a solution.
Returns, exchanges and refunds are executed on a case-by-case basis. Shipping costs will be incurred by the buyer unless an error has been made on behalf of Pixie Blossoms. Products need to be returned unused and in their original condition within 7 days of purchase.
*Please note that all SALE and CUSTOMIZED products are non-returnable/refundable*.
CANCELLATIONS: The buyer has 12 hours to cancel an order after it has been placed. Cancellations placed after this time may not be granted.
Every piece you see in the shop will be shipped within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise noted. Business days are defined as Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. This is the processing time to make, pack and ship your item. It does NOT include shipping time. Shipping times vary by USPS service you choose (Standard, Priority Mail, Express Mail) and your location.
▶︎ RUSH ORDERS: Upon availability and request only. Contact me first. Please, DO NOT purchase an item and then write me a note requesting package to be delivered by a certain date. I don't work like that. If you need something by a certain date, ask me first.
▶︎▶︎▶︎ ANY PACKAGE MARKED as "DELIVERED" by USPS means that your package has been delivered. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. I don't refund any amount of money for packages marked as delivered by USPS. If that happens to you, you must contact your local Post Office to locate your package with their GPS system. https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm
My shipping charges include all costs related to shipping, including packing supplies.

International customers are responsible for any and/or all Customs fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping & purchasing to their respective countries, should they be assessed. Most country's Customs agencies open and/or assess fees to a random selection of packages. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations. I have no way of calculating how much these fees would be, should they occur, and I am not responsible for those charges. For any additional information please refer to your local customs agency.
Packages returned to me due to the buyer's failure to pick up their package will receive refund for items but not shipping charges. It's the buyer's responsibility to communicate with local postal authorities regarding pick up options. This policy also applies to international packages returned to me due to buyer failure to pay VAT / customs / and any other local fee or tax.
I cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost once they leave the US. There are cases when packages took over 2 months to arrive.
United States Postal Service do not always track packages abroad.
